Chavez to Obama: ‘Ally With Us on the Path to Socialism’

World • Views: 2,263

Venezuelan thug-in-chief Hugo Chavez has some advice for Barack Obama.

“I recommend to Obama — they’re criticizing him because they say he’s moving towards socialism — come Obama, ally with us on the path to socialism, it’s the only road.â€

“Imagine a socialist revolution in the U.S. Nothing is impossible.â€

"Porque no te callas?" Obama should say to Hugo Chavez.

But the King of Spain had more balls than Obama when King Juan Carlos said those immortal words last year.

Obama will say "We straight" to Hugo Chavez, which apparently means Yes we can nationalize.

Speaking of Fidel's cigars, why is it that most beautiful places in the world are such shitholes? Havana, the jewel of the Caribbean is a communist paradise. Venezuela has more Miss Universes than any other country, yet is run by this puppet-faced two-bit dictator. China has one of the richest cultures in all the world and also one of the worst human rights records. And then there is pretty much all of Africa. Is there any nation in Africa with a stable government? Oh, I forgot Russia, One of my favorite nations, history wise. Peter the Great drains a swamp at the mouth of the Neva and builds one of the most beautiful cities in the world. A country on the verge of collapsing back into communism. 77 chotii  Sat, Mar 7, 2009 2:30:15pm

My brother thinks that Gov't soldiers (or Blackwater type "soldiers") will go door to door across America and confiscate guns and ammo, the way they did in New Orleans after Katrina. Of course, if this happens, anybody who "resists" will be shot or taken away or held incommunicado (and if they have children, those will become the possession of the State.) He says all ammo will have to be 'registered' soon, as a stepping-stone along that path.

He says, you think it can't happen? It happened in Germany. The UK and Australia have given up their weapons far more recently than WWII.

I don't know. An awful lot of Americans have been soldiers and/or hunters. And this is a massively huge country, unlike Germany, UK and even Australia. I just don't know.

Wait just a cotton picking minute here, no one's yet suggesting that we have Benito's chain link fence ready, waiting for Bambi to show UP, are we? Well is anyone? Please, let's not yet suggest that, that's terrible, besides the Euros would stop loving us and Hugo would hate us too!

111 Maui Girl  Sat, Mar 7, 2009 5:06:28pm

...but, Obama and his entourage told me that they're NOT socialists. Why on earth does Chavez think he is? Doesn't he believe what our great leader is telling us? Bad Hugo!

My brother thinks that Gov't soldiers (or Blackwater type "soldiers") will go door to door across America and confiscate guns and ammo... .

That's why cosmoline was invented.

113 The Optimist  Sat, Mar 7, 2009 5:15:50pm

Hugo and Barrack are twins.

Racist!/

That means NO shuffling or tap-dancing around either

115 crosspatch  Sat, Mar 7, 2009 5:21:29pm

I notice that Chavez and Obama have the same ears.

116 David IV of Georgia  Sat, Mar 7, 2009 5:25:49pm

I'm afraid that Obama is already way ahead of Hugo on this one...

As for House Bill HR 45—why don't we just make it all encompassing so that we are able to register with the government whichever articles and amendments of the Constitution we wish to keep?

Judge: "I'm sorry, sir. You cannot plead the Fifth without the proper U.S. AG photo ID."

"I'm sorry, ma'am. You can't vote. You never registered to gain pro-suffrage rights."

What I see happening is an increased incursion of federal government into the business of the state. Our senators are slowly handing over control of the states to the federal government, especially the longstanding Democrats like Harry Reid. This is a result of schools no longer teaching accurate history and what the Constitution is all about. The federal government was never meant to be what it is today and I'm sure our Founding Fathers are turning over in their graves. If more people were taught the different types of political ideologies ie: marxism vs communism vs facism vs socialism vs a democratic republic, perhaps we wouldn't be in this mess.

People keep screaming change and yet, year after year after blessed year, in this state (Hawaii), they keep re-electing the same idiots to represent us in Congress. Anti-small business socialists, the lot of them.

“I recommend to Obama — they’re criticizing him because they say he’s moving towards socialism — come Obama, ally with us on the path to socialism, it’s the only road.”

Yeah it's the only road...the only road to ruin, you fat, greasy fuck.

Tell me Hugo, how many evil, capitalist countries have sent their military to terrorize their rice producers?

120 cincinnati_kid37  Sat, Mar 7, 2009 5:46:47pm

Obama's well on his way.

Jim Cramer said "He's got his jack boot on the throat of American Business" Or Capitalism, Same difference.

Spent the bulk of his show detailing why the policies of the Democrats are the most unfriendly to business and to employment growth. Quite true.

It has to be intentional.

And Cramer is a Democrat.

121 Photon Cowboy  Sat, Mar 7, 2009 5:48:30pm

Socialism sounds great on paper , but if we all earn as much at a job as people who don't even work pretty soon we'll all be earning $30.00 a day. When that happens I will no longer be able to afford to have a job. Then right after I loose the house and move to public housing some one can have my house that is more deserving. Change you can believe in.

122 Sosigado  Sat, Mar 7, 2009 5:53:23pm

The Obama presidency is truly starting to feel like being in the middle
of a very bad dream. Make that a nightmare. I feel like I'm a passenger on
the Exxon Valdez.

To me, this feels like the Poseidon Adventure. I'm thinking of the scene in which 0bama is leading his followers downwards, towards the "top" of the capsized ship.

re: #84 Aviator

Nope, the only time I have been in the Pacific is when my father (USAF) was stationed in Melbourne, Australia. In 1958-60. I was two years old when dad deployed. Had a custom-built black 1957 Plymouth Belvedere with right-hand drive shipped over. We were one of 7 US military families assigned to Australia. One of my sisters was born there. Flew over, but took an ocean liner back. The rest of my life has been in the CONUS, with the exception of two years in Ankara, Turkey (Dad's final assignment before he retired. He was the first US officer to retire in Turkey. When they came to pick him up for the retirement ceremony, they didn't send a limo, they sent a tank-retrieval truck; think of the biggest damn tow-truck that you have ever seen, supersize it and paint it olive drab). I'm a civilian who deeply regrets never having served in the military and who is extremely supportive of our men and women in uniform, past and present. At least my oldest son is considering a career in the Navy (his grand-dad, if he was still with us, might kick his butt for not going into the USAF, but his old man supports the decision.)

And Hugo can still kiss my red white and blue American A$$! F*ck him and the pig he rode in on; oh wait, he is already f*cking it. Avert your eyes, children...

Sean Penn was not acting when he played a cocaine-snorting traitor in THE FALCON AND THE SNOWMAN.

The film had a GREAT soundtrack by the Pat Metheny Group (with David Bowie on vocals).

Can we deport Sean Penn and his red plastic cup to Hugo's Tropical Paradise?

Chavez is still trying for a leading role in the next sequel of "The Pirates of The Caribbean". Unfortunately, for the citizens of The United States, Obama is already starring in the 2009 adventure "The Pirates of The Potomac". Starring Captain Barack Hussein, his crusty first Mate Harry Reid , Quartermaster Nancy Pelosi and his macaw parrot Robert Gibbs. Stay tuned to see Obama and his crew of Democrats in their attempt to sink an entire economy.

re: #124 Iron Fist

A fellow American asked me why in Europe we have not the same freedom to bear our own firearms. He told me that given current times he bought another 2000 rounds to store in a safe place and could not understand how we can live without the right to defend ourselves.
I told him in my country you only can have guns for hunting, skeet shooting and other sports. Automatic or semiautomatic weapons are banned. Even air guns or bows must be registered. We'd like to have the same right, but years of socialism quietly retracted our rights as a necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis.

I had a speeding ticket (limits have been lowed in much two and three way straight highways adjacent to main roads from 75 mph to 50. With the excuse of cutting traffic accidents they got in half 2008 more money from tickets than in the whole 2007. If you don't pay, they take it from your bank account with no other legal procedure but the one that says, "we are the state and we are right. You have the right to shut up also", but:

My state is the only one in the world which funds its own terrorism: Each ETA party town governed have received about 3M euros. 190M euros have been shipped to 'relieve' the pain in Palestine.

I didn't paid that ticket because I don't support terrorists, neither a government that support them. A government with more official cars that the whole United States, where a local ex-government even had one worth 400 000 euros. A government with a 10% of useless public staff and an unemployment rate now in the 20%. Even our GDP is about 80% of California alone.

But I have my rifle and my bow. That mentioned gingivitis is not for me nor for much Europeans who share the instinct of freedom my fellow American have. My teeth are shinny and ready to bite.

(Instead my bank account I offered our government a trash motorcycle as carrion and they are still wondering how to eat it).

Socialists 0, George 1.

Yeah, all it took for Chavez was how many stolen elections and the slow bankrupting of an oil rich state. As it is, Obama might look back to Hugo and accuse the strongman of being a lagger.
