According to the GOP playbook, I guess this means that Obama's health care law initiative was an original idea?

Creepy story of the night...
'Nazi princess' continues her father's work
The death of a former SS guard and issuing an arrest warrant for another one drew attention to, perhaps, the most unusual support group in the world. The organization is called Stille Hilfe, or "Silent Aid" and helps former punitive flee from justice. The group is headed by none other than Heinrich Himmler's daughter, 81-year-old Gudrun Burwitz.
According to various estimates, from 25 to 40 people are involved with Silent Aid. The organization truly lives up to its name and works silently, without attracting undue attention. Now, for example, the "supporters" are trying to avoid extradition to The Hague of 88-year Klaas Carel Faber, who the Netherlands authorities wanted to sentence to life imprisonment for involvement in the murder of 22 Jews and resistance fighters during the war.
Among the beneficiaries of Silent Aid was 89-year-old Samuel Koontz who passed away two weeks ago. The scale of his atrocities is far vaster: Kunz was accused of the involvement in the elimination of 433 thousand Jews in a Nazi concentration camp Belzec in occupied Poland.
The other day the members of the organization held another secret meeting in Munich, where the "supporters" have speculated on a strategy to assist the survived war criminals. Silent Aid is a completely legal organization that prefers not to get into a spotlight as it is not customary in Germany to publicly praise their "black sheep in the family" - Adolf Hitler or Nazism. However, the members of the organization are free to continue the work of their idol, and look for refuge for the few survived punishers.
The group has hundreds of anonymous supporters and not only in Germany, most of them are young neo-Nazis. They practically worship Gudrun Burwitz. This woman has devoted her entire life to the memory of her father. Himmler loved his daughter more than anyone in the world and called her his "little doll." The feeling was mutual, and Gudrun adored her father.

Put simply, there is no intellectually coherent way to distinguish what WikiLeaks has done with these diplomatic cables with what newspapers around the world did in this case and what they do constantly: namely, receive and then publish classified information without authorization.

The question then becomes making the penalties for leaking so severe that no one will want to do so. Make extreme public examples of even the most minor of infractions so no one in their right mind would take the risk.

Loss of rank, pay, retirement benefits, jailtime and fines for civil, federal and military positions from local up to federal level employees, strictly enforced and with little leniency in sentencing for what might currently be a wrist-slap offense would be the way to go. Dry up as many sources as possible. Once people have a heightened sense of the problem, policing any incidents will be easier.

I had 'em locked away
It seems they've cut their own paroleNow face the music, son
Some people live to remember when
But you're no storage space
You've lived a dozen lives since then
So what would Modok do if his memory got too full?
He'd find a powersource and then he'd pick what plugs to pullI looked in the mirror and somebody blew up

For some reason I don't think procedural harshness is the top priority in order to deter future leaks. I think procedural fairness is more important. Might give fewer people the idea that it could be justifiable to turn their backs on the institutions that once nurtured them.

When I linked to a decent article published by reason amidst the whole fallout over the New Yorker article on the Koch bros, that post of mine got deleted not because the article I linked to was crap but simply because, in Charles' own explanation, because of the "crap" elsewhere and at other times in the magazine (which I don't think is 95% and I don't think Charles would judge it to be that high, either -- I think figures that high may be reserved for Al-Jazeera).

That's what the alt LGF would look like. That but a blog, and just full of wargasm guns and ammo oafs and indignant creationists and guys who got banned but dude it was because i'm telling the TRUTH and 9/11 truthers and just all the pollutants that infect Fox News comments and badly executed flamewars on Huff Po and crackpots from conspiracy sites arguing about the puffs of smoke and bulding 7 and we shot down our own plane and raw food diet and don't trust government water and crystal power and indigo children. A comment I was writing about 000G's last Pages entry, but evidently I was too slow as the Page went down the rabbit hole:
Ok, so Michael C. Moynihan now sees that it is in his best interest to be critical of Beck.
But a year and a half ago it was a different story:
where we see Moynihan feeding Beck's paranoia about progressivism and the early 20th century.
Here he was a month earlier on Beck's show (along with Goldberg)
Moynihan found it worthwhile to exploit exposure on Beck's show. It's only because Beck has be so extremely religious in the last year and now is pushing the Nazi theme on a Jew (Soros, albeit a non-practitioner) that Moynihan has had to dump on Beck.
Moynihan is just another deluded libertarian living off the Koch teat, and sounds like the usual radical libertarian, like here last month on Napolitano's show:
Because Moynihan is anti religious/fundamentalism he bags on Islamicists, American SoCons, and the like.
I don't know why your [000G] previous Reason links were deleted. I do know that I have a low opinion of Reason magazine and their contributors because on so many issues they present the same "glibertarian" faux scholarship that masquerades as real understanding.

SURPRISED AT ALL
I honestly had no idea the magnitude of people in this town that have drawing chops that make my balls shrink, not until I landed at our creator-first alt comic con: [Link: www.stumptowncomics.com...] basically to meet up with my friend and her sister, who was in town promoting a book she did. And I'm looking around and going WHERE DO YOU FUCKERS COME FROM?!?! So many portland artists, so many drop dead gorgeous books, ink hands to make you weep, just all this perfect virtuoso comic art. I swear it's like they all got the memo to come here. 'Come to portland. Cheapest joing on the coast. Draw comics. Drink beer. Sell them. Get stoned. Repeat. Die. Sound good?
it was all very humbling! I'm no good at the comics format though, I don't really have the skills and the drive to do it and nothing else. I couldn't get my chops good enough, consistent enough to follow through on a comic, they're so much work, they'll break your heart :P A friend of mine with a comic project, I don't think he had any idea how much of his life it'd take up. Like starting a rock band. it's serious fucking business, you give it everything you have.

WAR ON CHRISTMAS!!
Catholic archbishop defeats Santa Claus
Organisers of a Christmas cabin in the Argentinian city of Resistencia have cancelled plans for a gift-giving Father Christmas following an attack from a Roman Catholic archbishop.
Archbishop Fabriciano Sigampa complained that initial idea of a Santa Claus giving out donated toys to poor children would distract from celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, AFP reports.
Sigampa said: "That's not Christmas... Surely, in the coming days there will be a deluge of advertisements after they inaugurate the house where a fat man dressed in red lives. And we should not confuse Christmas with that.
"[Children] should know that, in reality, the gifts come from the efforts of their parents and with the help of Jesus."
The plans for a Santa figure were dropped after the protest and Santa's cabin was renamed the "House of Christmas".
Christmas won! Oh... wait... maybe it lost?

Weird culinary secrets:
A baker has revealed his pies contained Viagra after a batch was stolen by thieves on the way to a pie eating competition.
The pies were stolen en route to the World Pie Eating Championships in Wigan, reports Metro.
Baker Vince Bowen says they all contained traces of the pharmaceutical sex aid, which he used as a preservative to keep the potatoes firm.
The event's organiser and bar-owner, Tony Callaghan, told locals to be on the look-out for a group of "hardened criminals".
Mr Callaghan said: "It's a right cock-up. It's going to be very hard to sort this one out."
The world famous pie-eating championships have long made use of special ingredients.
The bakery came up with the idea of using Viagra after over-mushy potatoes led to record-breaking times in 2007.

Son of Saudi Islamic police chief to be lashed
A court in Saudi Arabia sentenced the son of one of the chiefs of the most feared Islamic police in the Gulf Kingdom for 50 lashes in public on charges of fighting, prompting his father to appeal for mercy.
In a report on Wednesday, the online Arabic language newspaper Anbakum said the court issued its sentence nearly eight months ago against the son of Sheikh Ahmed al Ghamdi, head of the Makkah branch of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, the most influential religious law enforcement body in the world’s dominant oil power.
It said the court found Ghamdi’s son guilty of fighting with another man, who will also get 70 lashes with the whip in public.
“I hope the court will revise its sentence against my son, who I believe is a victim,” Ghamdi was quoted as saying.
The paper did not name the son and the other defendant nor did it make clear if they were jailed.

How the Nazis stole Christmas
By Francois Becker, in Cologne for AFP 15 Dec 2009
Presents wrapped in paper covered with Nazi symbols nestling beneath a tree adorned with swastikas and grenade-shaped baubles: welcome to Christmas under Adolf Hitler's Third Reich. As a new exhibition in the western German city of Cologne shows, the Nazis tried to skew the Christmas story to do away with the Jewish baby Jesus and impose their racist ideology and propaganda on the popular festival.
"Celebrating the birth of a Jewish baby was unthinkable for the Nazis," said Juergen Mueller, the chief researcher behind the exhibition.
"But Christmas was too popular to be banned. They therefore decided to corrupt it."
Nazi officials "invented a Germanic origin" for Christmas, renaming it "Julfest" and claiming that yuletide traditions stemmed from ancient rituals surrounding the winter solstice four days earlier, Mueller added.
Baby Jesus was turfed out of the crib and Santa Claus was reincarnated as a Viking knight.
In addition, the regime also created bizarre Nazi Christmas symbols, including swastika-shaped tins for Christmas cakes and Christmas cards emblazoned with a bullet wrapped in fir.
...Ironically, some Nazi Christmas items, such as the wrapping paper emblazoned with twisted crosses, were later banned for fear that children would tear the beloved symbol of the Third Reich.
Unfortunately, explained Mueller, some of the Nazis' corruptions of Christmas have since been adopted by today's neo-Nazis in Germany.
...Germans still buy so-called "Julleuchter" - Christmas lanterns - without knowing they were popularised by Hitler's sidekick Heinrich Himmler in 1938, with tens of thousands manufactured by concentration camp prisoners.
Nevertheless, despite traces of the Nazis' Christmas corruption still remaining, the Third Reich generally failed to dampen the Christmas spirit in Germany.
"During this period, the Germans kept the link with the Christian festival, even if the symbols were no longer used," said Mueller.
I still have a hard time trying to imagine what it was like to live in a country being taking over by the Nazis back then and by some who wish it would happen again.

Trash Thieves Stealing Trash From Under Sanitation's Nose
Who is stealing New York's...trash? No, really. That's the question the Times ponders today in a piece on the many appliances that New Yorkers have put on the street and reported to the Department of Sanitation only to see them disappear before crews can arrive to remove them. Since July 11,528 of the 22,741 refrigerators, air-conditioners and freezers reported have gone missing (the agency only started keeping track of the missing trash this summer). As the Times notes, "the appliances did not develop legs and walk away, and they did not simply disappear." Bed bugs carried them away, maybe?
Anyway, while it may not seem that important at first glance, remember that one man's trash is another man's cash. Sims Municipal Recycling of New York L.L.C, for instance, has a large contract to recycle New York's waste and says the thefts, along with schemes involving redeemable bottles (Newman!) are costing them between $2 and $4 million annually, according to the companies awesomely named general manager Thomas Outerbridge.

Analysis of Gawker hacking shows that password protection is pretty much nonexistent. A significant portion of the passwords caught up in the hack were of the variety like "password" or "123456".
A computer system is only as secure as its least secure access point. Those passwords are laughable.
Meanwhile, anyone else notice that Facebook was asking for additional personal information yesterday - including phone numbers when logging in? That's the last thing they need is still more information.
Can you imagine the uproar if Facebook got hacked in the same fashion as Gawker? The amount of personal info on Facebook is staggering - and the Gawker hack also exposes password information of users there. It isn't a big leap to suspect that some Gawker users also use Facebook, meaning that their access to Facebook and other sites could become compromised.

Wikileaks.org now hosted by Russian criminials
Spam tracking outfit Spamhaus has warned that that the original WikiLeaks address, wikileaks.org, now redirects traffic to a site operated by what it calls 'Russian cybercriminals'.
It says Webalta's 92.241.160.0/19 IP address space has been listed on the Spamhaus Block List (SBL) since October 2008 due to nefarious activites associated with the address
Spamhaus regards the Russian Webalta (also known as Wahome) host as being "blackhat" - a known cybercrime host from whose IP space Spamhaus only sees spamming, malware/virus hosting, phishing and other dodgy activities.
The outfit says it is concerned that any WikiLeaks archive posted on a site that is hosted in Webalta space might be infected with malware.

WikiLeaks hackers give Britain 48 hours to let Julian Assange go free
Hackers today declared a 48-hour truce in their WikiLeaks “cyber war” as the website's founder, Julian Assange, waits to see whether he will be freed from a British jail.
Mr Assange remained in solitary confinement in Wandsworth prison after the Swedish authorities appealed against a decision to grant him bail at City of Westminster magistrates' court — but the threat to British government websites appears to have subsided.
Anonymous, the group behind attacks on several sites it perceives as enemies of WikiLeaks, announced the truce in a YouTube video, complete with a dramatic soundtrack of Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture.
“We respect the law, we hope that justice will respect free speech. We will wait 48 hours,” it said. However, it then warned: “We do not forget, we do not forgive.”

Iraq: Plot to bomb US, European countries revealed
Iraqi authorities have obtained confessions from captured insurgents who claim al-Qaida is planning suicide attacks in the United States and Europe during the Christmas season, two senior officials said Wednesday.
Iraqi Interior Minister Jawad al-Bolani told The Associated Press that the botched bombing in central Stockholm last weekend was among the alleged plots the insurgents revealed. Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, in a telephone interview from New York, called the claims "a critical threat."
Both al-Bolani and Zebari said Iraq has informed Interpol of the alleged plots, and alerted authorities in the U.S. and European countries of the possible danger. Neither official specified which country or countries in Europe are alleged targets.

Don't leak my address: Astonishing plea from WikiLeaks boss as he tries to get bail
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange tried to hide his bail address from the public in an astonishing move for the man responsible for leaking thousands of diplomatic secrets.
Assange's lawyers argued that the location - a 10-bedroom stately home - should not be disclosed on grounds of privacy during yesterday's hearing at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court.
But the move was dismissed by District Judge Howard Riddle, who ruled not to reveal the address would conflict with Assange's commitment to open justice.
The judge insisted the address - Captain Vaughan Smith's Ellingham Hall on the Norfolk/Suffolk border - was read out in open court as usual.

Meanwhile, Iran is blaming the US for a suicide bombing that killed 39 in an Eastern province. They claim that they recovered items linking the bombing to the US.
The location of the attack was near to the Iran-Pakistani border, and this attack comes close to Ashura, so sectarian violence shouldn't be discounted. In fact, I think it is the more likely scenario - Sunni terrorists going after Shia parishioners during the Shi'ites holy period. Iran's regime would rather focus blame on the US because it suits their propaganda purposes better than dealing with a 1,000+ year history of violence between Sunni and Shia.

No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, which took place in the city of Chabahar in Iran’s Sistan-Baluchistan Province. But it is likely to be blamed on Jundallah, a Sunni and ethnic Baluchi militant organization responsible for multiple attacks in the province, which has a significant Sunni population in majority-Shiite Iran.
Gee, there's been another bombing in an area where this group has bombed before, attacking Shi'ites. Of course it must be the US!

Don't they always do that? Every time alleged plots is mentioned in a warning from the FBI, CIA, DHS, etc, is your first thought usually that someone was tortured for that information?

I don't think the anti-Semitic links will get the media to engage in further investigations. However, the Russian mob connections might - and it goes back to another possible line of charges against those involved in the leak (Assange, Manning, et al.) that I've thought could be applied - RICO charges (whether indictments are handed down here in the US or overseas under similar laws).
If the Russia mob is somehow involved, we're talking about a criminal enterprise, and the release of information could have been secondary to the mob's desire to learn about specific information.
Then again, the Russian mob merely be a front for the Russian government in its desire to bamboozle the US foreign policy and diplomatic efforts.

Before I embark on a trip to anywhere, I try to keep up with current events there. And I have been doing that of late in regards to Europe in general and France in particular. I have a number of English speaking expat friends in Paris, and it helps when I can converse with them about things relevant to their "world."
So, that's why/how I came up with the follow tidbit of information... Real-life Quasimodo uncovered in Tate archives
With his hunched back and deformed face, Quasimodo, the tragic hero of Victor Hugo's novel The Hunch Back of Notre Dame, has always been considered a mythical creation drawn from the depths of the author's imagination.
But a new discovery appears to reveal the real-life inspiration behind the character from Hugo's seminal novel, which tells the story of the deaf bell-ringer of Notre Dame and his unrequited love for the gipsy girl Esmeralda.
And a little more information from Wiki... Real-life Quasimodo
In August 2010 Adrian Glew, a Tate archivist, announced evidence for a real-life Quasimodo, a "humpbacked [stone] carver" who worked at Notre Dame during the 1820's.[1] The evidence is contained in the memoirs of Henry Sibson, a 19th-century British sculptor who worked at Notre Dame at around the same time Hugo wrote the novel.[1] Sibson describes a humpbacked stonemason working there, "he was the carver under the Government sculptor whose name I forget as I had no intercourse with him, all that I know is that he was humpbacked and he did not like to mix with carvers."[1] Because Victor Hugo had close links with the restoration of the cathedral it is likely he was aware of the "humpacked carver" known as "Trajin".[1] Adrian Glew also uncovered that both the hunchback and Hugo were living in the same town of Saint Germain-des-Pres in 1833, and in early drafts of Les Misérables, Hugo named the main character "Jean Trajin" (the same name as the hunchback carver), but later changed it to "Jean Valjean".[1]
In my opinion... fascinating.

A.Yu.Vatlin, Terror rayonnogo masshtaba, ROSSPEN, 2004, p.155:
Acting Head of the third section of the NKVD MO A.O.Postel' later confessed in one of the interrogations: "... If we analyze the protocols and albums of convicted"terrorists" according to dates and places where they were scheduled to implement terrorist attacks, we get a totally wild and incredible situation that in the days of festivities on May 1 and November 7 in the columns of the demonstrators on the Red Square there marched almost the whole tens and hundreds of "terrorists" who walked past the Mausoleum and were supposed to shoot, but for various reasons were allegedly prevented from this; or at Mozhaisk highway, where the government cars drove through (about which fact the terrorists did not even know) on certain days of summer there were "on duty" whole separate groups of "terrorists", allegedly awaiting these machines to shoot at them, which was again allegedly prevented for some reasons which were invented for the credibility of testimonies."

Mildly OT (considering Assange's arrest on rape charges):
WABC Weather Reporter in NYC Arrested on Submitting False Rape Charges:
"WABC/Channel 7 weather babe Heidi Jones was arrested for perpetrating the ultimate snow job -- falsely claiming to cops that a man had tried to rape her while she was jogging in Central Park, sources said yesterday." The Post's lede was "Here's Heidi's forecast: Cloudy with a chance of deception" and later explains, "Jones spun a story that proved to be as unreliable as a five-day forecast, telling police last month that she was assaulted in September while pounding the pavement in the city's back yard, the sources said." But when the police's investigations came up with nothing, she admitted she made it all up.
She could face up to a year in jail on misdemeanor charges and a $1,000 fine for the false report.
I'm not familiar with Swedish law, but if the alleged rape claims were ginned up by the two women involved there, they might be subject to similar charges of filing false reports (notwithstanding the other legal issues and hurdles to overcome in making the case against Assange).

I say the filibuster needs to be changed in the following major way...
For every week that a filibuster has been in action, the number of votes needed to reach cloture decreases by one... though it goes back up to 60 if any changes are made to the bill (and starts decreasing again down to 59 next week)

I'm not familiar with Swedish law, but if the alleged rape claims were ginned up by the two women involved there, they might be subject to similar charges of filing false reports (notwithstanding the other legal issues and hurdles to overcome in making the case against Assange).
They could be subject to perjury and false accusation at least. Proving rape cases is usually hard enough, proving that the accusations were entirely false would likely be even harder. And this despite otherwise good legislation in Sweden (meaning our system puts more weight behind the victim than other systems might).
The case has been a weird rollercoaster, which is unusual. The case was opened, dismissed and then reopened in short succession, based first on a lack of evidence, and then the addition of new evidence. Normally it would not have been dismissed, if the case was still under development. This latest charge of rape is under the stronger legal term "probable" (meaning the evidence is strong).
The people behind the case have had to publicly affirm that Assange isn't to be handed over to the US (or other interested parties) following this trial, as people have seen that as the "true" motivations behind the entire case.
So far, I would say this has been handled well by the authorities. And Assange. He gave himself up without too much bull.

Howard Fineman: "Democrat" Is No Longer A Brand
Even I, old-media guy that I am, did not need the Harvard Business Review to tell me that, in the digital age, branding matters.
But I got the new issue anyway, with the cover that reads, "Social Media and the New Rules of Branding." According to B-school gurus, a company must create and vigilantly protect a clear, coherent message about itself if it wants to thrive in the word-of-mouth shark tank. From logo to language to logistics, it all must be of a piece. Consistency matters. A concise identity counts.
Which got me thinking about the Democrats.
As the lame duck tax debate slogs towards its inevitable conclusion -- nearly $1 trillion worth of extended and new tax cuts over two years -- I'm wondering: what does the brand "Democrat" mean?
If anything.
The Republicans don't have a cool logo but their economic brand is vivid. They're the folks who worship the market, or at least claim to. They always want to cut taxes. They pile up deficits while decrying them. They favor pat-a-cake business regulation.
These days, President Obama is trying to refurbish his own (campaign) brand. He and his aides know how crucial this is. After all, Obama was the first presidential candidate in modern times to have a concise, pictorial, non-verbal summary of what he said he stood for. You remember it: a wide, open road leading to a sunny future. Obama was the "O" in hope, the rising sun.

9 News is predicting 2 to 7 inches. We're gonna die!
This is from NOAA:

MOUNTAIN AND FOOTHILL AREAS WILL HAVE 4 TO 10 INCHES OF SNOW BY THURSDAY MORNING. THE DENVER AREA CAN EXPECT 2 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS IN THE SOUTH AND WEST PARTS OF THE METRO AREA.

"But that leaves Democrats trying to figure out who or what they are. It leaves them looking for leaders, ideas and symbols with which to sell their brand, whatever it now is, in the political marketplace."
So once again, the Democrat Party is looking for that ever elusive "brand" or "label" or "symbols with which to sell their brand" instead of proposing a few good ideas. When your box contains bad ideas, it doesn't matter what label you put on it. It's still a box of bad ideas. Same old story, another year goes by. Heh.

Two to seven inches? Like I said, last KOA report I heard was 1-2 in the city, 3-5 in the mountains under 10,000 feet (I'm at 8200, average for Conifer is 8000 feet).
Now 7 or so inches, in the city, could bode nasty for up here... because we always get more than down below... that would make my drive home a bitch, or possibly impossible if it piles up too quickly before I get off at 8:15.
I may actually take a nap in a few minutes. It may be a long evening, especially if the weather makes it difficult for other employees to get in... manager may ask me to stay later.

Or they might have gotten hacked, too.
It could be, but probably they did switch to the mirror themselves. I should note that Spamhaus is known for "blacklisting" whole large swaths of IPs because of problems on only some servers. Webalta seems to be a "safe" hoster in the sense that it doesn't kick out its clients easily, which does make it a dangerous neighborhood in the sense that spammers and malware peddlers would want to use it, but it also explains why someone would want to host a WL mirror there (same logic applies to DNS). As such, wikileaks.info is not necessarily connected to any illegal activity (excepting the wikileaks itself if it is to be described as such).

The SPLC maintains media credibility that, say, People for the American Way lacks*, because it's seen as a dogged research organization that needs to see real danger coming from a group before classifying it as a "hate group." Going after FRC was a big risk for SPLC; I'll be talking to their president, Mark Potok, about this.

re: #395 Gus 802
The original is here on page 20:
The surest sign one is losing a debate is to resort to character assassination. The Southern Poverty Law Center, a liberal fundraising machine whose tactics have been condemned by observers across the political spectrum, is doing just that.
The group, which was once known for combating racial bigotry, is now attacking several groups that uphold Judeo-Christian moral views, including marriage as the union of a man and a woman. How does the SPLC attack? By labeling its opponents “hate groups.” No discussion. No consideration of the issues. No engagement. No debate
These type of slanderous tactics have been used against voters who signed petitions and voted for marriage amendments in all thirty states that have considered them, as well as against the millions of Americans who identify with the Tea Party movement. Some on the Left have even impugned the Manhattan Declaration-which upholds the sanctity of life, the value of traditional marriage and the fundamental right of religious freedom-as an anti-gay document and have forced its removal from general communications networks.
This is intolerance pure and simple. Elements of the radical Left are trying to shut down informed discussion of policy issues that are being considered by Congress, legislatures, and the courts. Tell the radical Left it is time to stop spreading hateful rhetoric attacking individuals and organizations merely for expressing ideas with which they disagree. Our debates can and must remain civil - but they must never be suppressed through personal assaults that aim only to malign an opponents character.
You can take action by adding your name to the following statement:
We, the undersigned, stand in solidarity with Family Research Council, American Family Association, Concerned Women of America, National Organization for Marriage, Liberty Counsel and other pro-family organizations that are working to protect and promote natural marriage and family. We support the vigorous but responsible exercise of the First Amendment rights of free speech and religious liberty that are the birthright of all Americans.
