Not quite. They use the term in the sense of the “corporate body of Christ”, i.e. the entire Church. They’re saying that Christianity needs to admit that they were wrong to fear COVID and that they should have been out there spreading the Lord’s plague from the beginning.

It certainly sounds like Stephanopoulos, in the above trailer, mis-stated the history of the Steele Dossier. My understanding is that conservative organizations originally hired Steele. It was only later that Democratic organizations approached him.
In October 2015, Fusion GPS was contracted by conservative political website The Washington Free Beacon to provide general opposition research on Trump and other Republican presidential candidates.
Separately, in April 2016, an attorney for Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) hired Fusion GPS to investigate Trump, while the Free Beacon stopped its backing in May 2016.

(CNN)Four Republican lawmakers who voted to impeach or convict former President Donald Trump over his role in the January 6 attack on the US Capitol outraised the candidates he has endorsed to oust them, new campaign filings show.Republican Reps. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, Jaime Herrera Beutler of Washington and Fred Upton of Michigan drew Trump’s condemnation for their impeachment votes in his January trial in the House. All three collected more money in the third fundraising quarter than their Trump-endorsed rivals, according to reports filed Friday with the Federal Election Commission.
And Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski, one of seven Senate Republicans who voted to convict Trump in February, raised nearly $1.1 million in the July-to-September quarter, more than twice the $465,945 collected by Kelly Tshibaka, who Trump endorsed earlier this year. Murkowski is the only one among the seven Republicans who voted to convict the former President who is up for reelection in 2022.

My comment was ambiguous — I meant that he was vaccinated at the beginning of the year and is lying about it now. Just like Tucker refuses to confirm he’s vaccinated, this guy will outright lie about it — or maybe he won’t lie, he will just state that he refuses to conform to the mandate and will not be getting inoculated in response. And then he will announce that his employer caved, when actually they keep him on because he had already been vaccinated.

I usually don’t contribute to out-of-state elections until the general election because of a (possibly mistaken) belief that the local residents have a better feel of who would be better at representing their community. Those who have a more effective national presence are not necessarily those who will be more successful at getting elected in their state.

BOONE COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) - A Newport police officer has been arrested and charged after allegedly asking for and receiving explicit photos from a minor. He also reportedly asked to have sexual relations with the boy.
Hatfield resigned Monday, according to the Newport Police Department. Police released a statement that reads, in part:
“If found guilty of the crime, Hatfield will lose his certification to serve as a police officer in Kentucky. Newport police will work to ensure that Hatfield never again serves as a police officer in Kentucky using authority granted under Senate Bill 80, which the Kentucky General Assembly enacted and Gov. Andy Beshear signed into law earlier this year. The legislation closed loopholes that allowed some officers convicted of crimes to serve as an officer with another agency.”Boone County Sheriff’s Office detectives on Friday began an investigation into the allegation and the arrest of 30-year-old Tyler Hatfield, of Burlington, was made on Saturday.

Usually, it’s John Legend giving the performances. But this weekend, the Grammy Award winning singer and pianist was serenaded by a street performer in Boston before his concert at the Orpheum.Legend visited Faneuil Hall with his family ahead of his Sunday night show at the Orpheum Theatre, stopping to listen to a local musician — who happened to in the midst of performing Legend’s hit “All of Me” for a small crowd.

Russ and Shelly Dizdar, 65, 67, “spiritual warriors”, anti-vaxx, Russ Dead, Shelly sick from COVID
According to social media reports (below) Russ is dead from COVID and Shelly is still quite ill. Russ is an evangelistic end-times paster who consistently talks about the coming of the anti-christ and the ongoing battle between satins warriors and Gods warriors. He is a Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) investigator which is essentially a witch hunt that has its roots in the Satanic Panic of the 1980s and seems to have recently inspired the the Qanon movement. He says there are millions of Satanic Chosen Ones coming after Christians and Christian children. Russ Dizdar is of the same ilk as two other sorryantivaxxer entries, Rob Skiba who died a few days ago, and Steve Quayle who is still battling a COVID infection. Russ and Steve have even appeared together on the Hagmann Report, a show similar to Infowars but focused on wacky christian things like Nephilim, modern day Nephilim human hybrids, SRA, flat-earth, etc. Russ and Shelly were anti-vaxxers, Shelly actually posted more anti-vaxx things online, as Russ thought the COVID virus and vaccines were but a small part of the great anti-christ led apocalypse this is coming shortly.

This new arms race is gonna make the last two look cheap. For an anti-missile defense system that (allegedly) won’t work, the opposition sure is spending to get around it. Russia, China, North Korea.
This is stupid. Each country involved would be far better served by spending this money on its own economy or infrastructure or people. Our Air and Space Forces want to do all the tracking from orbit. No more AWACS planes. They have multiple hypersonic weapons under development. “Perr to Peer” and “distributed lethality” for buzzwords.

U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Black’s staff, unannounced, closed the courtroom to the public as counsel began selecting jurors, including journalists and media covering the case.
In an order filed after WCPO objected to the closure of the courtroom, Black wrote that there wasn’t enough space to accommodate the public in the courtroom, “in light of the ongoing pandemic.”

I sorta liked Bernie long before he ran for president. 2016 soured me on him.
“…Christopher J. Downey, Qureshi’s attorney, said his legal team disagrees “tremendously with the jury’s verdict,” adding, “We simply do not believe it is warranted by the facts.”
“Dr. Qureshi has dedicated his career to being a caring and compassionate physician,” Downey said. “The field of pain management is an exceptionally complex area of medicine. It is made even more complicated by law enforcement’s apparent willingness to second guess every decision made by a physician in the treatment of pain.”
……..
Witnesses at the five-day trial testified that patients forked over $250 to $500 in cash for an “appointment,” with Qureshi, but many were never seen by the doctor, according to the news release. In all, Qureshi authorized prescriptions for more than 1.3 million doses of hydrocodone, and more than 40,000 doses of oxycodone.
