Exactly what part of “no criminality has been found,” are you having problems understanding? A DA cannot bring charges when they do not believe a crime has even been committed.

who’s the DA?…maybe he’s got some reason to lie…who knows…there is dirt everywhere….if you can think of it, it probably has or will happen someday…depends on the definition of ‘is’
