I am in no position to disagree. But the exercise of prosecutorial discretion is not exactly the same as a judicial verdict of not guilty. Depending on one’s view of politics in the DA’s office and/or the integrity of the jury system, the result may be clear as crystal…or not.
Exactly what part of “no criminality has been found,” are you having problems understanding? A DA cannot bring charges when they do not believe a crime has even been committed.
