The children who are suffering most because of distance learning are minorities. As an African-American, and someone who attended San Francisco public schools, she’s probably pretty sensitive to that issue.

Here the problem is a bit different: The people suffering most under distance-learning are rural students, due to the lack of connexions due to the prohibitive cost from our monopoly telephone company as the only provider.

The cost of my Internet service went up again this month. It is now $138 a month to maintain ADSL service.
