Sorry, but college expenses in the 1960’s are nowhere near comparable to what they are now. What I paid in books alone last semester was probably more than what she paid for an entire semester of classes.

This is the same Rep that said Health Care was a worse threat than any terrorist in the world, and referred to the murder of Mathew Shepard by saying “we know that that young man was killed in the commitment of a robbery. It wasn’t because he was gay.” on the House floor…a straight up lie, given that the criminals used a gay panic defense.
