I could not agree more. They’re making their money whipping up mob mentality hysteria with no solutions to actual problems, and will likely face no consequences for the results of their fear mongering. It’s likely they won’t even face repercussions of their words when they fail to come to pass, they will move on to the next target with their audience not even considering that the bloviator was wrong previously. They will not lose credibility in the eyes of those who want to believe the worst.
