He must have spilled a couple of truckloads of beans They caught him in at least 4 instances of lying to the FBI as I understand it.

I also read somewhere that they could have not charged him with more than one count so they’d be able to try him again if the case went sideways.

That’s pretty much what Rachel was saying last night—that they have a slew of charges they’re probably holding back, both in case it goes sideways, or if the yam decides to pardon him on the one count, they can come back with a whole lot of others.
