I joined LGF around 2007 and noticed that although they were politically conservative in a lot of ways, they did not suffer creationist fools gladly. I saw that as a positive sign.

And that with only a few exceptions, even the conservative voices were capable of conducting a discussion without it turning into an ad hominem shouting match.

LGF has always been firmly fact-based. You say something here? It better be true. If it isn’t, folks are going to ask you to prove it. That’s a pleasant constant here.
