I lived the last two years as a technician at a live theatre, for 3 years before that, I was an independent contract programmer working for myself.

I’m unemployed right now, picking up a few pennies doing some programming for Kaiser from home, and working on popping some more contract programming.

I’ve been self employed as an musician, actor, magician, mentalist, clown and other areas in the regional entertainment business.

Yes, I can and have been my own sole-proprietorship for a number of different areas.

I wish I had some coding leads for you, but I have no connections to the game industry for coding that aren’t mindbogglingly specialized things like building 3d renderers.
