Electricians, plumbers and others in certain trades can do quite well without a 4 year college degree. The pirates of Silicon Valley tended to be college dropouts who created a new industry. And more recently, even Mark Zuckerberg dropped out his sophomore year.

I did not say that they need to complete four-year college degree, but even electricians, mechanics and plumbers need some sort of training or further education.
