There’s nothing contradictory there, Walter. Do you think those CRA loans are the majority of “exotic new mortgages and lending to borrowers who could not hope to repay their loans”?

Lending practices were irresponsible regardless of CRA; are you saying there should have been more governmental regulation of loan practices?
