What I love is for white people, African-Americans need to get over slavery but the Civil War can remain a festering wound to White Southerners. You just gotta see people as people. And as an ethnic mutt, I’d be hating myself if I let old hates get in the way.

It even amuses me when they gripe about Albanians…when Albanians were able to break the yoke of Turkish occupation via Skenderbeg…who is venerated among both Albanian Muslims and Christians.
