Cool. Problem is, I haven’t worked for a major corporation in 14 years. Corporate people think running a small indy restaurant isn’t the same. And they’re right. It’s harder because there isn’t much money to fall back on.

I don’t know what restaurants or what she is looking for. I know she will not give out the name of the restaurant. And I do not know the process she follows. She did say that they like to go after GM’s that are already working. But still, its a shot, you never know. Maybe there is something she can do.
