I don’t know what restaurants or what she is looking for. I know she will not give out the name of the restaurant. And I do not know the process she follows. She did say that they like to go after GM’s that are already working. But still, its a shot, you never know. Maybe there is something she can do.

There has been a huge change in the way companies run things now. When I first got into management, you worked 75 hours a week. Now they’ll offer stock options and 60 hour work weeks. And going after GM’s is smart. Outback went after an old GM of mine 20 years ago. Gave her managing partner status right away.
