Great point. There are several layers to card check, including the mandatory arbitration provisions. The unions control the labor apparatus in a Democratic government. Arbitration imposes third party decisions in labor disputes on business management. It’s another union play to take over private sector business.

The unions will do a great job managing Chrysler and GM, you can be sure of that!/
