I do hope you are not one who is opposed to dodge ball for kids.

Safety practices are the concern of the sports officials, school officials and others as may apply. There is plenty of enforcement on negligence by the legal community. The State has absolutely no business in this business of regulating kids activities, none at all.

No I’m not talking about dodge ball for kids or even gymnastics, the subject was a 13 year old girl being exposed to predators sailing alone through international waters beyond the rule of law and the protection of adults. But as far as sports and such, yes absolutely, I expect the state to provide similar protections wherever necessary.
