One-child policy…eugenics…it just seems to be a path not to be treaded lightly nor in haste. I find especially uncomfortable the idea of targeted control of populations in certain areas, Africa being mention in the post.

Excuse me? Which part of Revkin’s entirely uncontroversial comments even came close to advocating eugenics?
