I’m sorry if I’ve brought this up before, but I had not heard the “Pastors” speech. Intent is important is considering if a crime was committed, an otherwise permissible activity - such as operating a motor vehicle - can be deemed criminal if the operator is intoxicated, impaired or intending to commit a crime.

I’m sorry, I wasn’t clear. KT is the one who brings this up 24/7. I was referring to the guy with the AR-15; he was not committing a crime. I don’t believe the pastor was committing a crime either, because there was no imminent threat of violence. I do believe he’s a giant idiot and a disgrace to Christianity.
