The funny thing is any that do reject the dark side will never go back. What’s the adage in business it costs 8 times as much to win back an old customer than to win a new one.

The thing we forget is that it’s been only 4 months since this shit show started. Most are still in the denial stage. I think we’re just getting into angry. That’ll be the unpleasant bit if we’re not careful.

His behaviour is so fucked up it has to be stretching the limit of some. Only 4 months in.

What’s next, the bargaining phase?
And I concur, the anger stage may easily get very ugly. And we may see cascading cycles of grief on related topics.
