And I refuse to allow politics to influence my taste in music. Dropkick Murphys are one of my favorite bands, despite the fact that they appear to believe that unions should control the universe. And I even bought both of Cat Stevens’ (Yusuf now I guess) new albums and highly recommend them (with the exception of a couple songs at the end of An Other Cup, easily removed from ipod).

I’m not talking about that, I do enjoy some of U2’s music, I just hate it when any musician uses his popularity as a platform for his or her political beliefs. Oh and I like Dropkick Murphy’s too
