Yep, it was. As I said, it was stupid, but not quite as bad as it is being portrayed-he did return the site to its original condition and had biologists consult on the whole project.
I think the real issue is the ‘I have money and can do anything I want without permission’ attitude, not the actual damage or lack thereof.
