You mean it replaces state and local sales taxes, property taxes, tariffs, inheritance taxes, value added taxes, short- and long-term capital gains taxes, corporate taxes, windfall profit taxes, carbon taxes, excise taxes, registration taxes, social security taxes and FICA?

I think my head would explode.
