Don’t count on it. Libya gives NATO a full plate, and other than the US, the other members are stretched pretty thin to deal with their obligations in Afghanistan and Libya plus any other peacekeeping efforts.

Assad gets to keep on killing fellow Syrians who are fed up with his regime. He’s playing from his dad’s playbook - and has no intention of going quietly - so the body count will continue rising.
