The law says if you touch (or even spit on) a counter demonstrator, that is an Assault, and you can be arrested and charged with, at the very least, disorderly conduct, at the most, assault with intent to do bodily harm.

I’m sorry, I do not agree with you on this. By “ejecting the Ron Paul supporters,” Killgore is saying they should be renounced and driven out of the demonstration, with strong disapproval. He said nothing about violence, and I think you’re over-reacting drastically.
