The portion of Medicaid recipients that could even be considered for employment is vanishingly small. Most are very young, very old, or seriously disabled. The ‘workaid’ solution is kabuki, and will produce little real-world use or harm.

No doubt. But that wasn’t my point…and I know you knows it!

You live in Alabama and you understand politics. You were able to understand how big it was to get Jones in the Senate. If people don’t understand what Jones needs to do to be able to hold that seat and want him to be 100% left pure and hold him to it, he will be out as fast as he was in.

I’ll take some Joneses and Manchins if we can get a Democratic Senate majority. It will take even more acceptance for regional/local politics to get house seats to hopefully get a House majority.

Once we get a majority we can arm twist ‘em. Not before.
