IIRC, didn’t this recording come out in some form during the 2008 campaign? I could swear that there was some discussion of it here in the run-up to the election then, but I might be mistaken.

Nah, I don’t think they needed this one last time. Because they had him saying *almost* the same thing to Joe directly on the campaign trail. No need to use a 10 year old video when you have a 4 month old one.
