I think the hanging upside down thing is about suspending yourself to elongate the spine. I have no idea what it’s supposed to do for the brain-pan.

Any chance you could record the sound of the slosh & post it?

No sound, that I know of. A woman I described the sloshing to referred to the moon having an effect. I’m a lunatic!
