You are leaning into a thesis that Europeans are uniquely evil colonial motherfuckers. The fact is that humans are motherfuckers, and strong motherfuckers never miss the chance to prove that to weaker motherfuckers.

Okay…but Europeans did invent the form and justification structure for the modern version of being motherfuckers—including the motherfucker-ness of the Japanese, the Nazis, and (I would argue) the Stalinist Soviets—and their version of being a motherfucker resulted in the largest body count motherfuckers have achieved for a very long time, so it’s not contradictory to believe that motherfuckers are a constant of human experience and that the European model of being a motherfucker continues to jab us in out collective kidneys with a screwdriver.

Stage Four cancer is differentiable from Stage Three cancer but the former is predicated on the latter.
