Hard not to draw the parallels with everything being a czar this and a czar that. Is there a Rasputin in there somewhere? Didn’t W create czarist positions - the drug czar? My poor memory - how quickly we forget. I’m surprised we don’t have offended Russians protesting over the “czar” titles.

There’s been a “drug czar” since the ’70s. I don’t recall who thought that one up.
