I don’t think that distinction is going to fly when it hits the courts. I have $20 that says they backtrack and find a compromise position. Everyone is talking about the “Hawaii exemption” as the model but we’ll see.

If anything this is also another arrow in the quiver for going to single-payer government supervised healthcare system.
