She’s not even asking, she’s categorically stating that he is in fact using one of her photos without permission, yet she fails to say which one or at least provide a description and/or a URL. She could’ve sent him a message privately or filled out the contact form and provided the info.

Yeah, I agree. I should have been clearer that the only thing I am not giving her shit for is attempting to have a dialog with the website owner before resorting to a full DCMA takedown request.
