I don’t know to what lifestyle you are referring. In my part of the world homeowners associations are very common. They take care of snow-plowing, landscaping, and other things. I don’t have to get up at O’dark thirty to shovel the snow or buy mulch every spring —so I can’t complain. There are common sense rules. Again, it has to do with who is on the board and such.
