It’s not some Rambo fantasy of busting in and enforcing law.

It’s about being part of a community and helping them. You see them every day. You work there.

That’s how you get frightened people to confide in cops, and get people to call them, capiche?

Police officers in civilized western nations typically enforce the law- they are not community organizers.
