I made Kolachke for the first time this year, from my great-grandma’s recipe. I was rather proud of myself. THEN my mom tells me that my recipe is the “easy” version, not the “real” version from her childhood (Bohemian immigrants). Grrrrrrrr.

Heh. I’m just thrilled I found a gluten-free bread recipe that sounds like it really tastes like and acts like bread. I’ve got the necessary ingredients on my grocery list this week!
