He’s trying to have it both ways. The Circuit Court ruled that the Administration has to release these photos. The Administration can either appeal, or they must comply. They (He) can’t just decide to not release them. If he doesn’t appeal to the Supreme Court, and as far as I can see, that’s not in the works, then the photos will be released, but The One can be on record as having opposed their release.

Thanks for clearing that up for turn, duh. I sensed it wasn’t over and had a sinking feeling they will be released.
