I think an underage ban would be appropriate, long tradition and law have supported the idea that in the US, people under the age of 18 are incapable of making proper decisions for themselves. That being said, I wouldn’t spend alot of energy pushing for such a ban, legislators could use their time on better things. I would apply a lot of pressure on people I knew personally to not do something so harfmul to themselves.

I don’t like sin taxes at all. Its essentially the majority bullying an unpopular minority. I say raise taxes for everyone ;)
