O’Reilly was convinced Tiller was guilty of the 13 charges he was accused. O’Reilly reported the story on at least two separate occasions. I didn’t recognize incitement to violence at all.

O’Reilly called him “Tiller the baby killer” over and over, and said he was running a “death mill.” If you don’t think that qualifies as incitement, I don’t know what to tell you.
