I think that is different from a “character witness”.
This is more about past behavior and with an eye witness to a violent act (throwing the woman) while performing (unofficial) security duties.

It seems to suggest a pattern of behavior.

Wasn’t the anger management thing court ordered or at least a requirement to get an arrest charge reduced or eliminated?
