Is human sacrifice less evil once you’ve hit some number? Or is each one just as bad as the ones that came before? I hold that numbers matter. Numbers, if you like, count.

So I will not defend the Inquisition. I will just count its victims, and count the victims of other cruelties in history, and then make a reckoning.

Well then. If we apply that logic practically we could say it would be a safer bet to vote for the Muslim Brotherhood candidate instead of the Atheist Brotherhood candidate.
