The sercurity I’m talking about is information security. Our ability to limit disclosures of sensitive information. Tribunals could also be more readily closed to hostile “reporters”. We would of course have to allow in some reporters and most of them would be liberal. I’m not planning on some heavy-handed version of information management, as that really would be the sort of stuff Russia does.
