Some do hold a candle very well to them, most of them being from Illinois. Ray LaHood (R-Cellini) comes to mind. It is strongly suspected that Obama chose LaHood for his connections to the concrete and asphalt lobbies in Illinois (which includes one William Cellini, now indicted by Patrick Fitzgerald).
