Beck is not even giving opinion. On a nightly basis, he make definitive statements, pronouncements and presents stories as if they are solid news items. [Go ahead, debate what he presents as facts—but be accurate and specific—the point is he is a self-proclaimed advocate of his own opinions.] He’s like 60 minutes on drugs. [Help yourself.]

An opinion is a belief that may or may not be backed up with evidence, but which cannot be proved with that evidence. [Here I disagree. Ever read a newspaper Editoral?] It is normally a subjective statement and may be the result of an emotion or an interpretation of facts; people may draw opposing opinions from the same facts. (wiki). [Well here is a good point: Beck gives you evidence; he paints a non-moving target. Anita Dunn gives you hot air. Now do you see the diff?]
