yea, definitely. you would love the book then. it is in the same vein as freakonomics. he talks about how, if you make a street look like a pedestrian area, drivers drive really slow and safely. also, if your car is low to the ground, you have a greater sensation of speed than when it is high (I can vouch for that from being deployed)
