The things is, folks, people like Grady are simply taking the anti-choice rhetoric to its logical conclusion, as I pointed out when this story broke. If they TRULY believe that abortion is murder on the same scale as the Holocaust, then they logically have almost a moral duty to commit violence to try to stop it, or terrify people out of doing it.

This kind of terrorist act springs directly out of the extreme right wing religious rhetoric that fuels it. As far as I’m concerned the Republican Party and Fox News and right wing blogs and websites are complicit — not responsible in the same sense as those who actually commit the violence, but very responsible for creating the atmosphere and the twisted rationale that leads to it.
