Those states are reciprocal anyway. They can just get them in their own state. Texas licenses, according to my link, are harder to get.

that’s what I meant. I wonder how many Texans take the basic NRA course or one of the other options for a FL permit and skip getting the Texas permit which requires 15 hour class. FL is good for 6 years. Haven’t found how long TX permit is good for.
