Another failed state, wreaked by thugs.

I don’t want to get into a huge political debate but what really blows for those people is even if they manage to get “feet dry” after one of their boat journeys, they get sent right back to Haiti while the Cubans get a free pass. We can debate the policy until the cows come home but somehow it doesn’t seem right to me. Believe me, I’ve had to catch them and know they got repartiated and it sucks.
