The inevitable claim that Obama ‘lost’ or ‘bungled’ the war when we leave.
There are no conditions under which we will leave that will be a conventional form of victory. ODS sufferers and various other political opportunists can be counted on to blame Obama for this.

I’ve disagreed with Obama on plenty of things, but I always felt he was correct to up the ante in afghanistan. I want him to be succesful there because it means WE will all benefit. This should not be about assessing blame, it should be about the good of the country. I’ll disagree with the POTUS on other things, but not this.
