Well, I can understand making important decisions that have real downsides. It’s the completely unimportant decisions with real downsides that just leave me shaking my head.

Honestly, was it so hard to get a US-flagged yacht?

Hard? No. Considerably more expensive? Yep. Costs too much to have to meet USCG standards. Or at least, that’s what I’ve heard claimed. The real problem is the US sales tax on the Yacht that I’m sure would have kept a dozen horses home from the Olympics…
